Payment Method
Our site accepts the following payment methods:

Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, or JCB brand cards.
Payment will be made when your order is completed, and the amount will be debited from your designated account according to your card company's closing date.
■Cash on delivery
Upon receiving the product, please pay the delivery fee in cash to the delivery driver.
The cash on delivery fees are as follows:
*Cash on delivery is only available in cash. Credit cards and electronic money cannot be used.
*Cash on delivery may not be available in some areas.
About delivery and shipping charges

Shipping fee: Free (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands)
- Shipping costs to Hokkaido will be 1,720 yen.
- Shipping costs to Okinawa are: 1,880 yen will be borne by the customer.

- Please note that in some cases, we may change the shipping company to a comparable carrier without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we generally cannot accept returns or cancellations for customer reasons after an order has been placed.
Return and exchange conditions
